Meta Design s.r.l. in the capacity of Data Controller of Your Personal Data, pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (the Personal Data Protection Code’), hereinafter ‘Privacy Code’, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of individuals and other persons with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. 

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the above-mentioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations provided therein. 

Purposes of processing: in particular your data will be processed for purposes related to the implementation of the following obligations, related to legislative or contractual obligations: 

Measurement of customer satisfaction. 

The processing of functional data for the fulfilment of these obligations is necessary for the proper management of the relationship and their provision is mandatory to implement the purposes indicated above. The Data Controller also announces that any failure to communicate, or incorrect communication, of one of the mandatory information, may cause the impossibility of the Data Controller to guarantee the fairness of the processing itself.

Communication: your data will be stored at our headquarters, will be used by 3.2 Communication s.r.l. and will be communicated exclusively to the competent subjects for the performance of the services necessary for a correct management of the employment relationship,with guarantee of protection of the rights of the data subject. 

Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of persons in charge: 

Members, associates and members; 

Marketing Office; 

Commercial Office; 

Direction. 

Dissemination: Your personal data will not be disclosed in any way. 

You have the right to obtain from the data controller the cancellation, communication, updating, rectification, integration of personal data concerning you, as well as in general you can exercise all the rights provided by art. 7 of the Privacy Code provided below.

  1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data relating to him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

 

  1. The person concerned shall have the right to be informed of:

 

the origin of personal data; 

the purposes and methods of processing; 

the logic applied in the case of treatment carried out with the help of electronic tools; 

the identification details of the owner, the managers and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; 

the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them as designated representative in the territory of the State, of responsible persons or persons in charge. 

 

  1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain:

 

updating, correcting or, where appropriate, integrating the data; 

the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; 

proof that the operations referred to in a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such performance proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

for legitimate reasons relating to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
